SEFA COMPLEX is a TIBOVIT formula with 18 plant ingredients and bee pollen, including rosehip, echinacea, linden, marshmallow root, mullein, mastic gum, ginger and cinnamon.
These herbs are traditionally used in Eastern and European herbal recipes, especially in the cold season.

Ingredients
Ceylon cinnamon, pollen, marshmallow root (Althaea officinalis) extract, mastic gum, flaxseed, anise, mullein, burdock, corn silk, linden, cassia, yarrow, echinacea, rosehip, ginger, wild thyme, calendula, lady’s mantle.
How to use
Take as directed on the label, with water, preferably with meals.
Not suitable for people allergic to bee products or plants of the daisy family (Asteraceae).
